LightingLives Consultants is seeking a Sales Team Manager to lead and develop our sales team.

This is a hands-on role focused on improving performance, pipeline management, and conversion rates.

What you’ll be doing:
– Leading and coaching a small sales team

  • – Improving pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline
  • – Bringing structure to outreach and follow-up
  • – Supporting key deals
  • – Working with consultancy and marketing teams
  • – Managing partner relationships
  • – Carrying a small personal revenue target

What we’re looking for:
– Experience managing a B2B sales team
  • – Background in consultative or technical sales
  • – Energy sector experience preferred
  • – Strong CRM and reporting skills
  • – Ability to drive performance and accountability
