Senior Sales Consultant – Energy & Utilities Consultancy
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: Up to £45,000 + uncapped commission
LightingLives Consultants is a growing energy consultancy and brokerage, supporting businesses across the UK with energy procurement, cost optimisation, and strategic advisory.
We are looking for a Senior Sales Consultant to drive new business growth across our consultancy offering. This role suits someone who understands how to sell solutions, not products — combining commercial awareness, strong client engagement, and the ability to convert complex opportunities.
What you’ll be doing:
- – Generating and winning new business across energy consultancy and brokerage services
- – Managing the full sales cycle: outreach → discovery → proposal → negotiation → close
- – Targeting key sectors and decision-makers
- – Leading discovery conversations to uncover client challenges
- – Shaping tailored solutions across procurement and advisory services
- – Developing proposals and leading negotiations
- – Collaborating with BDEs and technical teams
- – Feeding market insights into service development

- – Proven consultative B2B sales experience
- – Strong track record of winning new business
- – Confidence with senior stakeholders
- – Strong commercial judgement
